Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and services provided by Nke Ezigbo Aesthetics (“NEA”), operated by Sylvia Ikpedighe, an independent nurse prescriber. Throughout these terms, “I”, “me”, or “my” refers to Sylvia Ikpedighe trading as Nke Ezigbo Aesthetics.

By booking an appointment or attending a treatment, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments and Deposits

Appointments may be cancelled at any time. However:

All deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment
If your appointment is cancelled by me (Nke Ezigbo Aesthetics), you will receive a full refund of your deposit
The cost of a consultation is redeemable against the cost of a single treatment, provided the treatment is booked and attended within four (4) weeks of the consultation.

Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment

If sufficient notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Important:

You may only reschedule and transfer your deposit once per appointment, unless otherwise agreed by me

Missed Appointments and Lateness

If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled
A £16 rescheduling fee will apply
This fee must be paid before attending your new appointment

Attending Your Appointment

I kindly ask all clients to respect the clinic environment:

Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disruption to other practitioners
Due to limited space, you are expected to attend your appointment alone

Exceptions:

If you require a companion (e.g., childcare needs or disability), this must be:
- Communicated in advance
- Approved by me prior to your appointment

Failure to comply:

If you arrive with additional attendees without prior agreement, I may cancel your appointment
Your deposit may be forfeited

Medical Disclaimer

All treatments provided by me under Nke Ezigbo Aesthetics are subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment
Treatment outcomes vary from person to person and results are not guaranteed
Any advice provided is based on the information you disclose and my professional judgement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

You will provide accurate and complete medical information
You understand that failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect treatment safety and results
You accept the risks and potential side effects associated with aesthetic treatments

I reserve the right to:

Decline or delay treatment where it is not clinically appropriate
Modify treatment plans in the interest of patient safety

Model Appointments / Social Media Content

To apply for model appointments for social media content in exchange for discounted treatments, please complete the contact form on the 'Contact' page
I will contact you to discuss suitability and scheduling

Important:

Participation is subject to my approval
Discounts are only applied once terms are confirmed

Use of Photographs and Videos / Model Appointments

By attending a model appointment at Nke Ezigbo Aesthetics, you grant permission for me to take and use photographs and/or videos of you before, during, and after your treatment. These images and videos may be used for:

Educational purposes
Marketing and promotion
Websites, social media platforms, and other print or electronic media

You acknowledge that:

None of your personal details will be disclosed in connection with these images
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing neaclinic@outlook.com

Important:

Once an image or video has been shared online or printed, although the original post can be removed, I cannot control any images that have been shared or copied by third parties
If you withdraw your consent within four (4) months of finishing treatment, you may be required to pay the full cost of the treatment received

General Terms

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary
All clients are expected to provide accurate information when booking
These terms may be updated at any time
